Within GoMeet you have the possibility to share PowerPoints, documents, videos or websites via presentation screens. These screens actually work in similar ways to web pages. You can insert a URL to navigate to desired pages.
Using presentation screens
To use a presentation screen, simply walk up to one and click on it. Then the following toolbar appears on the bottom left.
Presentation mode
You can also change the toolbar to presentation mode. The advantage of this is that you can see the screen while facing the audience.
You can adjust the size of this screen by using the arrows in the blue circle on the top left. The red cross hides the presentation tool.
Take ownership
To prevent someone else from changing your presentation, you can take ownership of the screen.
